The Association of Legal Administrators Golden Gate Chapter’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee presents “Understanding Unconscious Bias and Walking the Walk in Diversity,” with OIG Partner Vida Thomas.  Law firm managers can encounter unconscious bias related to recruiting diverse candidates, hiring and giving diverse candidates an active seat at the table, and promoting and encouraging career advancement in diverse candidates.  During the program, Vida will provide an overview of unconscious bias, while explaining how law firm leaders can “walk the walk” in diversity and continue to champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The program will be conducted virtually from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Pacific). Members can register on the association website.
